About You Are Lovely
Hi, I’m Helen! The slightly chaotic brain behind You Are Lovely. I’m based in Walsall, in the black country, and spend most of my time making fidgets, accessories and other bright, joyful things that make life a little more fun (and sometimes a little more bearable).
I’ve got a Fine Art degree from UCA, so creativity has always been my thing... but it wasn’t until much later that I realised my “just for fun” designs were all accidentally neurodiverse-friendly. Turns out I was designing for brains like mine all along! (Late-diagnosed ADHD… The irony is not lost on me!)
What started as a few handmade pieces for local craft fairs quickly turned into an online adventure, because why not share the chaos with the internet too? Every item is one-of-a-kind, handmade with care (and occasionally while procrastinating), and designed to spark a little joy, calm, or curiosity.
As for the future? I’ve got plenty of ideas... and I’ll introduce new products as and when my brain allows! You Are Lovely will keep growing, changing, and making space for neurodiverse creativity, one colourful distraction at a time.
